I had an excellent experience with Dr. Dipali Patel and the entire team at Aspen Dental in Melbourne. Dr. Patel is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly evaluate the dental challenges I was having. She clearly explained the diagnosis and my treatment options, which gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward with her recommendations. Dr. Patel also performed my dental implant, and she made the entire experience much more comfortable and easy than I anticipated. I really appreciated her skill, attention to detail, and reassuring approach throughout the procedure. The entire team was friendly, caring, and professional. I’m very pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Patel and the Aspen Dental Melbourne team, especially to anyone considering dental implants.

I have worked in healthcare nearly 30 years, and understand it can be unpredictable at times. Schedules may be altered due to unexpected delays. I didn't get upset when I was asked to come early, yet was taken at my appointment time. The manager even stepped aside to apologize, and assured me that she would do what she could to make my first experience pleasant. Due to a situation I was in, I haven't been to the dentist in several years and was truly worried I would get bad news. Let's be honest, I was nervous. The staff was very friendly, professional and made sure I was comfortable. The office was clean, although there was an offputting odor towards the front of the office. I had panoramic and individual x rays, while uncomfortable, not completely un-doable, it is a necessary evil. And the tech was very polite and made sure I was comfortable. The dental hygienist was so sweet, and even though I thought I knew how my visit would go today, she made sure I was in minimal discomfort and she was also quite fast with her assessment. She asked me twice if I had any questions, just to be sure I didn't come up with any for her. She also assured me that they were a judgment free zone, wh

My insurance assigned me to this dentist and all I wanted was a teeth cleaning. Instead I got an evaluation (free) that stated I had about $3,000 worth of issues with my teeth and gums. Insurance would’ve covered about half of that. So I went back to my regular dentist, paid $135 for a teeth cleaning and they informed that I have none of the issues that Aspen Dental had claimed. Don’t go here, even if you have insurance. This is what places like this do. You could even the tell that the staff didn’t feel good about what they do. Everyone was quiet and reserved and I think their souls were dying. They all did a fine job, it’s just what they are told to do to patients. Charge, charge, charge!!!

Had an amazing experience getting a cleaning! The staff is so incredible and kind. It had been a while since my last cleaning so I was nervous but they make you feel so comfortable and talk you through everything in detail. My dental hygienist was so kind, informative, and was lovely to chat with.

I appreciate this location. Everyone was very friendly and personable. I wish I remembered the hygienist name, she had blonde hair. She was very knowledgeable and caring. I got a lot of x-rays and then saw Dr. Patel who was also very gentle and knowledgeable. I then got to speak with the financial assistant Glinda who was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything in GREAT depth and with no judgement. First time I feel someone took the time to explain what I needed and break down the cost. They told me what was most important to handle first. I truly appreciate the time they took! The cost was a little steep for me and I’m hoping to come back in a few months once my insurance kicks in. I didn’t love that o couldn’t speak with the oral surgeon before booking my wisdom teeth removal. I will probably find another place for my surgery. Overall though, very comfortable and pleased with my apt and the staff!
